JUNGIAN ANALYSIS is a way of tending to our inner life. In analysis we probe deeply into who we are and what we are made of, exploring images and networks of meaning, both conscious and unconscious. Journeying inwards with a companion who knows the territory, we find ourselves enriched, enlarged, enlivened. This is what inspires me to offer my analytic practice.

I believe that we are all called to live an enlarged version of ourselves. An unexplored destiny is usually beckoning at the start of an analysis: a stirring from within. This might appear as a sudden change, a challenge, a symptom or a vague yearning. Analysis, a period of focussed awareness and inquiry, marks a transition – between what was and what is to come. Our careful attention drops a plumb line into the unconscious. And then, like patient fishers, we watch, listen, wonder and wait for what comes to meet us.

I invite you to explore your inner world by way of Jungian analysis in my private practice.

The conundrums that confront us on a collective level are reflections of what confounds us internally, and vice versa.

In a dark time, coming to consciousness and taking responsibility for the reality of who we are is a pressing task.

Does it relieve suffering elsewhere?

Does it avert catastrophe?

We cannot know.

But what else can we do?

It’s as good a place as any to start.
